Warranty-Related Fault


Has your watch experienced an unexpected, non-user-related fault covered by the warranty? These situations are rare, but we always handle them promptly.

Procedure for Warranty Matters


1. Send us a detailed description of the fault along with a photo to info@havuwatches.com.

2. You will receive instructions on how to send the watch for servicing and an assessment of whether the fault is covered by the warranty. If it's a warranty-related fault, the servicing will be free of charge.

3. Send your watch for servicing as per the instructions provided.

Broken or Damaged Wristwatch


Has your watch been damaged, but you'd like to have it repaired and serviced? We also service watches after the warranty period, and you'll receive a 6-month warranty for the service. Please note that we only service Havu watches.

We support sustainable development and always act responsibly, even with broken or damaged watches. You can also send us mechanically damaged watches for repair. We recommend checking with your insurance company regarding compensation for damages.
