Terms of Use

These terms of use are effective as of 11 February 2025. The terms of use apply to the www.havuwatches.com online store owned by Havu Watches Oy. Havu Watches Oy reserves the right to change these terms of use.

Online store

Havu Watches Oy sells products to private individuals of legal age. An order can be placed by any legally competent adult. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.

Warranty

Products purchased from the www.havuwatches.com online store come with a five-year warranty. For orders placed before May 2024, products come with a two-year warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faulty products. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by the user. The battery has a 6-month warranty. After the 6-month warranty period, replacing the battery is the customer's responsibility when it runs out.

Ordering

Products are ordered on the online store's website by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the cart contents at checkout. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact details requested when placing an order are not used for anything other than delivering the order or clarifying any issues related to it, unless separate marketing permission is given in the shopping cart or at another stage. When ordering from our online store, you are expected to have read and agreed to the delivery terms in force at the time.

Order and payment confirmation

After a successful order, an order confirmation is sent to your email. Sending confirmation messages requires that you provide an email address when placing your order.

Delivery methods and costs

You can choose the delivery method you want in the shopping cart when placing your order. We offer the most affordable delivery method free of charge. If you like, you can choose a different delivery method for an extra fee, for example express delivery to your door. Take a closer look at our delivery terms if you'd like more information.

Delivery time

Our most common delivery times within Finland are 1–2 business days, depending on the order and delivery method. For orders delivered outside Finland, the delivery time is about 1–10 business days. Business days are counted as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Products are usually shipped the same or the next business day. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure or for any inconvenience caused by delays.

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 100 days of receiving the product. Our 100-day full satisfaction guarantee makes sure you'll be happy with your purchase. Take a closer look at our return terms.

Uncollected package

Leaving a package uncollected is not the same as a return or a cancellation. If you want to cancel your order, always let our customer service know by email at info@havuwatches.com. If a package is left uncollected at a pickup point, we charge a handling fee of €9.90. You can find more information in our return terms.

Problem situations

If a product has been lost or damaged during transport, or it otherwise doesn't match your order, you must report the fault to our customer service no later than 14 days after receiving the package.
