The terms of use apply to the online store www.havuwatches.com owned by Havu Watches Oy. HAVU THE WOODEN WATCH is a registered trademark owned by Havu Watches Oy. Havu Watches Oy reserves the right to change these terms of use.

 

Online Store

 

Havu Watches Oy sells products to individuals of legal age. Anyone who is legally competent and of legal age can place an order. When the order is delivered within the EU, the price includes value-added tax. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.

 

Warranty

 

Products purchased from www.havuwatches.com have a two-year warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and defective products. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor does it cover damage caused by the user. From May 2024, we have granted an extended five-year warranty to the products sold. Battery warranty is 6 months. Changing the battery after the 6-month warranty period is the responsibility of the customer when the battery runs out.

 

 

Ordering

 

Products are ordered on the online store's website by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the checkout. All customer information is processed confidentially. The contact information requested during the order process is only used for delivery or to resolve any ambiguities that may arise unless separate marketing permission is given in the shopping cart or at another stage. By ordering from the online store, you are expected to have familiarized yourself with and agreed to the applicable delivery terms.

 

 

Order and Payment Confirmation

 

After a successful order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Sending confirmation messages requires providing an email address during the order process.

 

 

Delivery Methods and Costs

 

You can choose your preferred delivery method when placing an order in the shopping cart. Deliveries from the www.havuwatches.com online store are free for the customer. We offer the most economical delivery method. If desired, you can choose a different delivery method for an additional fee, such as express delivery to your doorstep. Delivery Time

 

Our most common delivery times to Finland are 1-2 business days depending on the order and delivery method. Delivery time to other EU countries is 1-3 business days. Delivery time to other parts of the world is 1-10 business days depending on the delivery method. Business days are considered Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Products are usually dispatched on the day of order or during the next business day. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or for any damages caused by delays.

 

Right of Withdrawal

 

You have the right to cancel your order within 100 days of receiving the product. Our 100-day full satisfaction guarantee ensures that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please see our return policy for more details.

 

Unclaimed Package

 

Not claiming a package is not the same as returning or canceling it. If you wish to cancel your order, always inform our customer service by email at info@havuwatches.com. For more information, please see our return policy.

 

Issues

 

If a product is lost or damaged during transportation or does not otherwise match your order, you must notify us of the error no later than 14 days after receiving the package. Please contact our customer service in case of such issues.
