This means that you can return the product within 100 days of receiving it if you are not satisfied. Returning the Product/Canceling the Purchase on the Customer's Part:
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, orders made through distance selling can be canceled and returned within 14 days. In the www.havuwatches.com online store, this right to cancel is extended to 100 days after receiving the product. Returns and cancellations are free of charge for the customer. 2. Pack the items to be returned carefully. You can use the same packaging in which you received the items.

4. Take the package to the office of the carrier we have instructed you via email. Our main partners for domestic shipments in Finland are Posti and Matkahuolto. For international shipments, our main partner is UPS.
We will refund the price of the product after processing the return. The processing time is 1-5 business days from receiving the return.
