Refund policy

Right of return:

www.havuwatches.com products come with a 100-day satisfaction guarantee. This means you can return a product within 100 days of receiving it if you're not happy with it. Before returning anything, please read these return terms and follow them.

 

Returning a product / cancelling the purchase as a customer:

Under consumer protection law, a distance sale order can be cancelled and returned within 14 days. At www.havuwatches.com, this right of cancellation has been extended to 100 days from receiving the product. Returns and cancellations are free of charge for the customer. Always notify the seller about a return. Simply leaving a parcel uncollected is not considered a cancellation, and a handling fee of 9.9 euros will be charged for it. The consumer must return the products no later than 14 days after cancelling the purchase.

 

Return instructions:

1. Let our customer service know about your return by email at info@havuwatches.com. You can also fill in the cancellation form found on our website.

2. Pack the products you're returning carefully. You can use the same packaging the products arrived in. Please include your contact details and order number in the parcel so we can match the return to the right order.

3. Write the customer return code given by our customer service on the parcel.

4. Drop the parcel off at your nearest post office. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some products can't be returned. These include customised products (such as personalised items, for example with engraving). Get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific product. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the one you received and buy the new product once the return has been approved. You can also contact us and we'll arrange the exchange the way you'd like.

 

We'll refund the price of the product once we've processed the return. Processing takes 1–5 business days from receiving the return.
