Terms of Delivery

Before placing an order, the customer must familiarize themselves with the currently valid delivery and return terms as well as the privacy policy. By purchasing products from www.havuwatches.com online store, the customer accepts the terms. HAVU THE WOODEN WATCH is a trademark owned by Havu Watches Oy. Havu Watches Oy owns the www.havuwatches.com online store and all its content, and reserves the right to change the delivery terms of the online store.


Delivery Time:

Our most common delivery times to Finland are 1-2 business days depending on the order and delivery method. For other EU countries, the delivery time is 1-3 business days. For deliveries outside the EU, the delivery time is 1-10 business days depending on the delivery method. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Products are usually dispatched on the day of order or during the next business day. We do not take responsibility for delays caused by the carrier, supplier, customer, or any other factor. We also do not accept liability for delays caused by force majeure or any resulting damages.

 

 

Delivery Methods:

Our online store offers PostNord, Posti and Matkahuolto as delivery methods for shipments within Finland. For orders outside Finland, UPS is the delivery method. During the order process, it is possible to choose pickup from a customer-selected pickup point or delivery to the doorstep. We reserve the right to use other providers with similar services if necessary. We deliver orders worldwide.

 

 

Shipping Costs:

Our most affordable delivery option is free shipping within Finland. Customers may also choose alternative delivery methods for an additional fee, such as parcel services provided by different carriers.

We also offer free shipping to selected EU countries. For other EU countries and other destinations outside Finland, delivery options are available for an additional fee, including UPS delivery. Available delivery methods and any applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

For orders shipped outside the EU, the customer is responsible for customs clearance as well as any applicable customs duties and taxes.


Delivery Delay:

Havu Watches Oy is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure. We also do not accept liability for indirect or direct damages caused by delayed delivery or any other factor related to the order.

 

 

Personal Data:

Customer-related personal data is collected and stored in the customer register of Havu Watches Oy. The privacy policy regarding the use of personal data is available in the privacy policy section.


Notice of defect:

If there is an error in the product or delivery, please contact our customer service by email at info@havuwatches.com or by calling our customer service.


Damaged Products During Shipment:

If you notice that a product has been damaged during transportation, please notify our customer service immediately. The notification can be made by email at info@havuwatches.com or by calling our customer service within 14 days of receiving the product.

 

 

Prices:

All prices of our products include a value-added tax when the order is delivered within the EU. Prices are in euros. Havu Watches Oy reserves the right to change its prices.


Cancellation of Purchase by Havu Watches Oy:

Havu Watches Oy has the right to cancel any purchase made on the havuwatches.com website if there is a reason to do so. The reason may include, for example, a clear pricing error, product availability, incorrect inventory status, or any other reason that necessitates canceling the purchase.
