Finnish birch is used for the wooden parts of the watch, while the metal parts are made of stainless steel. The watch features scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. When selecting the materials for this watch, we made one decision—only the best would do. Korpi is a watch that, at its best, will withstand decades of use.

Although we created the world’s most stylish automatic watch, we did not compromise on comfort. We chose a wooden case back to make the watch comfortable on your wrist in every situation. Wood does not feel cold in winter or cause sweating in hot weather. The watch is also water-resistant.

The beauty of the automatic movement used in this watch lies in the fact that it does not require a battery. When worn, the movement gets its energy from the motion of your wrist. Automatic movements are also extremely long-lasting and can remain in use for decades.

We believe the movement is best admired without having to take the watch off your wrist. That is why we designed the dial so that the movement always catches your eye whenever you check the time.
